Hi Guys!

With recently closing out my senior fall, I thought this would be a great time to reflect. This is one of the things I am trying to get better at : quieting my mind and just taking a moment to soak everything in. A lot of the time as humans, we are always caught up in “where we are going next?”. While that is absolutely vital to our lives, careers, and passions, we also need to pay more attention to the present. I say this because, if we don’t then, we may not realize that where we are now is where we used to dream of being. Give yourself love and grace because you have come a long way.

Over the last four months, I had taken on the role of completing a strength and conditioning internship at Harvard University. Along with that, I am thrilled to be working as a coach at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning and am trying to keep up with my senior year school work, mostly regarding my Senior Thesis.

Although this time could be deemed as stressful and overwhelming, I am now able to appreciate it in a much different light. These experiences had me grow in a multitude of ways. I was challenged daily to take on different tasks I never thought I would be able to complete, met so many humans of different walks of life, was able to become more comfortable and confident in my coaching abilities, and created lifelong friendships.

With an enormous amount of gratitude for the endless support I had throughout this time, I am able to say my biggest lesson was to be fearless. The only person standing in your way is you, your negative thoughts, your self-doubt, and your perception of what is in front of you. Mindset is everything.

I am so blessed and honored for the experiences I have had over this time and am beyond excited to see what is in store for me this coming year!

Talk to you guys soon! πŸ™‚
