My Drive
My drive as a coach comes from all the athletes I work with. As I have worked with different individuals, I am able to see their commitment and drive for their time in the gym. This reminds me everyday of how much I love my job. I am just a small fraction of how they were able to meet their goals and for that I am forever grateful.
Seeing people’s lives change due to their successes is an unexplainable feeling that makes everyday in this field worth it.
I strive to make everyone’s relationship in the gym a healthy and positive one both physically and mentally.
What that entails:
- Being able to implement injury prevention
- Implementing exercises that are simple, effective, and enjoyable to each client and athlete
- Pushing you to meet whatever goals and standards you set for yourself
- Creating an environment you will always want to come back to
My Qualifications
- A Personal Trainer at Heroes Fitness in Wellesley, MA!
- Certified Functional Strength Coach Levels 1 and 2
- CPR Certified
- Completed an Undergraduate Degree in exercise science with a focal point in Strength and Conditioning
- Pursuing a nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition.
