
Recipe:
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Lay your salmon in a pan, spray half a lemon over the raw or frozen fish
- Sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to your liking over the coat of lemon juice
- Put salmon in the oven once oven is preheated (set timer for 20-35 minutes depending on how you like it cooked)
- While salmon is cooking in the oven-time to prep the salad!
- Grab two hand fulls of washed arugula and place them on a dish
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of olive oil over the arugula
- Sprinkle fresh lemon juice over the salad to your liking
- Chill in fridge while salmon is finishing cooking
- When salmon is done, pull out of the oven
- Top the salad with the salmon
- Add 1/8 cup feta cheese, goat cheese, or other dairy to your liking
- Enjoy!
