Salmon Salad

Recipe:

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    • Lay your salmon in a pan, spray half a lemon over the raw or frozen fish
    • Sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to your liking over the coat of lemon juice
    • Put salmon in the oven once oven is preheated (set timer for 20-35 minutes depending on how you like it cooked)
  • While salmon is cooking in the oven-time to prep the salad!
    • Grab two hand fulls of washed arugula and place them on a dish
    • Sprinkle 1 tsp of olive oil over the arugula
    • Sprinkle fresh lemon juice over the salad to your liking
    • Chill in fridge while salmon is finishing cooking
  • When salmon is done, pull out of the oven
    • Top the salad with the salmon
    • Add 1/8 cup feta cheese, goat cheese, or other dairy to your liking
  • Enjoy!
